We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Tray

The cottage is built entirely of wood, situated on a high wooden platform, with a new (2026) additional bedroom on the ground floor with glazing and a projector. Here, you'll sleep like never before. The greatest pleasure is sitting on the upholstered windowsill or in the hammock and looking at the forest, the meadow and the animals passing by. We also have a barbecue and a fire pit. Be sure to go to the mountains. You can explore the entire Kotlina from here. We are the perfect starting point. We will bake homemade bread for you.

Welcome to the Green House of Słoszów 3. The cottage has a living room with a kitchenette with a TV, two independent bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. In front of the cottage there is a terrace and a barbecue area. The property has free wifi, parking space next to the property. The area of the cottage is fenced and has a separate entrance. Tomaszówka 600 m - a wooden small house

An eco-friendly wooden nestled between a slope and a stream. Constructed with 90% recycled materials, following the principles of zero waste. Known as the "Hobbit's Abode" - small, surrounded by greenery, with slightly uneven walls and floors, it possesses its own charm. An excellent starting point for Śnieżnik, the Kamienica-local craft beer, and the Stara Morawa reservoir. It operates on a self-service basis - you clean up, and the deposit is refunded. It is part of the Folwark Noclegowy.

We invite you to a settlement with a "view of the mountains" in the heart of the tourist region of Polanica-Zdrój. We have comfortable wooden cottages for rent, insulated, heated, year-round. The cottages are fully equipped, have a kitchen with an induction hob, kettle and fridge, table, TV, comfortable sofa bed, modern bathroom with shower, and 7-8 beds. We offer year-round and fully equipped modern cottages (barns) in the first line overlooking the Orlické Mountains in Lasówka (4.5 km from Zieleniec SKI Arena). There are plenty of cycling, hiking and cross-country skiing routes nearby, as well as many other tourist attractions.
