We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Górska Przystań Sierpnica is a charming property for rent, located on one of the picturesque slopes of the Owl Mountains. There are two comfortable, year-round houses, a free-standing sauna and hot tub, and a barbecue gazebo. The windows offer a unique view of the beautiful valley and mountains. The "Górska Przystań Sierpnica" is dominated by peace and quiet, a beautiful, soothing view, and frequent guests are roe deer and field hares - inhabitants of nearby meadows and forests. In summer, the greatest pleasure is sitting on the terrace and looking at the forest, meadow and passing animals, and the playground for children. You can sit by the barbecue or the fire. Be sure to go to the mountains. You can visit the entire Kotlina from here. We are the ideal starting point. We will bake homemade bread for you.

Directly from the cottage, we can admire the views of the Great Owl and Śnieżka. There is also a large covered terrace and a cozy fire pit with an adjustable grate, wood for the fireplace and fire pits provided. The property is located on a spacious fenced plot surrounded by meadows and nearby forests. Access is via a 500m gravel road

Chalet

A wooden cottage, located by the forest in a secluded corner with a beautiful view of the mountains for 8 people. A secluded charming place especially recommended for people who want to relax in peace and quiet. Minimum rental period is 2 days. Check-in is until 7 p.m. Check-out by 12:00. About 100 m away is my second cottage for 6 people called Klimcia. I do not provide towels. The price applies to the entire cottage regardless of the number of people.

Apartament Paczków

We invite you to our apartment. It has a comfortable sleeping area for 6 people. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with two single beds each (for your convenience, we made sure you can combine them into large beds, decide what you need). The living room has a large double sofa bed and a flat screen TV. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, espresso machine, microwave, refrigerator, oven) and a bathroom with shower and heated floor.

Cosy mountain cottage

The house offers everything a family needs for a holiday: in an idyllic landscape you will find a cozy space that is friendly to all fans of peace and quiet. Nearby there are routes for hiking and biking. The large garden has a barbecue, deck chairs and a wonderful terrace. The area is also suitable for trips with small children. In the village and surrounding towns there are shops, a ski slope and travel agencies organizing trips to eg Prague.
