®HOAM House

The ®Hoam House is a chalet of a special kind. With its loft style, it's a place where you can relax and unwind. Our highlight: a heated pool that is used as a hot tub in winter – with a panoramic view of the Alps and close to Graz. Whether it's a relaxing getaway or a city break, you'll find everything your heart desires here. The living room has 2+2 beds (incl. comfort sofa). Right next door is the gym, which is shared with Schmoltis Chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to your visit!

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a mobile home for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it. So, if you are looking for nature, relaxing, reading, hiking etc... join us.

The original part of the cellar is made of stone and well over 100 years old and was supplemented by a modern annex made of wood and glass, resulting in a perfect symbiosis of rusticity and modernity. The exceptionally beautiful view over the vineyards to our neighboring country of Slovenia is also convincing.
