Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. This attractive holiday home is located about 100 meters from the old town of Solin. The warm atmosphere of the furnished and comfortable interior certainly contributes to the recovery during the holiday. On the fenced property there is a pool 8x4m, barbecue and children's playroom, surrounded by trees, green hedges that provide privacy. Enjoy swimming on the sandy and pebble beaches in and around the city of Split, which is about a ten-minute drive away. Take a walk along the river in Solin, with restaurants with a great offer.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood, outside of the city but close to it. The panoramic views will allow you to relax to forget about the bustling city life and the noise and stress the cities bring. The house is on a land of 1500 m2 and is 100 m away from the nearest neighbour, which allows you full privacy. In front of the house, by the private, heated, panoramic pool, which is available from mid-April to mid-October, there are spacious, landscaped, open and covered terraces. Parking is free.

We offer discounts for family groups! The villa is located on a hilltop overlooking Split, the islands and mountain area. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas. The outdoor area features a big garden with many different spaces to enjoy such as the lounge area, dining area, playground area with a climbing set and trampoline, the pool, barbecue area... The house is spacious and allows privacy for individuals but also many areas to relax together inside or outside.
