Pilot's House in Konopnica

The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Konopnica on the Warta River, surrounded by numerous forests, which contributes to the clean air. There are two outdoor recreation areas at the cottage, on the south side and very useful on hot days on the north side. Right next to the cottage there is a viewing terrace overlooking the grassy landing pad for ultralight aircraft, from which you can watch beautiful sunsets. You can also see the area from a bird's eye view. The beach by the river is a 15-minute walk away, and the other one, located behind the river, is 25 minutes away.

Welcome to the Dream House, where you can leave the world behind. The cottage is located in the Barycz Valley, on the outskirts of the village, in the immediate vicinity of the stables. It invites you inside, where the windows overlook the paddocks and the forest. It helps you find peace, breathe and dream by the fireplace with a good book or on a deck chair among the rustling birches. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. In addition, there are hammocks, deckchairs, garden furniture, a fireplace and a barbecue.

Our Stable

Our Stable is part of a post-German house, located on a two-hectare plot of 160 m2, a terrace of 70 m plus a half-timbered house, the appliances of the old village have been preserved. Possibility to use the private library in the part of the house that the hosts live. The meadow is a natural wildlife environment. The patio (lunch and lounge area) is also used to observe nature. Next to the house, old orchard (hammocks) sunny and shaded places for those looking for peace. Large kitchen. One bathroom, shower.

The cottage was built in 2001 as a tribute to grandfather Ignacy and has been almost unused since then. In 2022, we renovated and welcomed our first guests.
