Einfach, inmitten von seltenem Vogelsang, belebenden Bäumen und guter Luft kannst du dich hier bestens und nachhaltig erholen. In der Unterkunft gibt es ein Doppelbett (1,40*2m), eine kleine Küchen-und Essecke. Außerhalb sind Toilette&Solardusche (4-10). Wandern, Kanu fahren auf der Peene in Loitz, eine Heuwagensauna besuchen oder einfach den Ort genießen.

Landhaus Marie

Das Landhaus Marie ist weit mehr als bloß eine Unterkunft. Du hast ein ganzes Haus nur für dich. Hier ist ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, zum Abschalten, zum zur Ruhe kommen. Keine Lärmbelästigung, kein wirklicher Autoverkehr, dafür Nächte, in denen es noch dunkel wird. Neu: Das Grundstück ist nun komplett eingezäunt. Der nächste Supermarkt (Demmin) ist 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Für das Nötigste gibt es eine alten "Konsum" im Nachbardorf. Hier ein Auto zu haben, ist so gesehen, ein Vorteil.

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Weiterhin verfügt die FeWo über eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kochfeld mit Backofen, Kühlschrank, Toaster & einer Kaffeemaschine. Bad mit Badewanne/ Dusche sowie kostenfreien Pflegeprodukten & Fön vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein TV zur Verfügung. Parkplätze befinden sich am Haus.

Cozy apartment in Loitz the the river Peene at the harbor. Here you can swim, paddle (and rent canoes) and cycle! The apartment is on the ground floor of a renovated house from 1900 and has its own entrance. The apartment is 56m2 and has a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed (1 person) in the living room. If required, we can provide an additional air mattress. The apartment is barrier-free and has no thresholds.

It is only a 10-minute walk from the houses to the Pensin water hiking rest area and the small beach on the Peene. You can take day trips to the Baltic Sea or to the lake district with Lake Kummerow or the Müritz. The Peene offers the opportunity for water hiking all the way to the Baltic Sea.
