Unser Ferienhaus liegt am See, besteht aus vier Wohnungen (Schlaf-/Wohnbereich in einem), Waschküche (inkl. Trockner) Sauna+Dampfdusche. Das große Seegrundstück ist Abenteuerplatz und Erholungsoase, zum Baden, Sonne & Natur genießen, Seele baumeln lassen. Der Kontrast zu überlaufen Seen. Gut abgesichert nur durch eine Zufahrtsstraße vom Haus getrennt. Plus gemeinsam nutzbar: Kinderspielplatz, Griller, Feuerstelle, Essplätze, Ruderboot, 2 SUPs, Waschmaschine, Wohnzimmer mit überdachter Terrasse.

Experience special moments in this unique place to stay. Our vacation home is in a quiet location but is still very easily accessible because there is a very good road connection and direct connection to the bike path. Hiking trails in the forest also start right by the house. The house is very spacious and built very close to nature inside and out. The spacious garden and terrace area offers tranquility, space and a good view of the adjacent meadows, forests and the farm.

Beautiful garden terrace and garden for chilling after … a hike on the Zirbitzkogel ... a bike ride on the Mur cycle path ... an exciting day at the RED BULL Ring (FORMULA 1, MOTO GP, DTM) ...or as a relaxed stopover on the way home from the south. The alpine hut is in a secluded location at an altitude of 1000 m and offers guests a magnificent view, surrounded by coniferous forests and lush alpine meadows, which are grazed by cattle and calves.
