There is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, a balcony, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, storage space, and free parking in front of the house. There is a family ski resort in Nýrsko. Špičák approx. 25 km, Černé and Čertovo jezera 27 km, Klatovy 17 km.

Nearby Šumava provides great conditions for cross-country skiing, downhill skiing and ski tours. Železná Ruda, a ski resort, is only 35 km away. A short walk from the apartment is a bike path and a ski, cross-country and snowboard rental.

We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

You have a unique opportunity to spend your time in the bosom of nature next to the healing menhir circle. This space is very healing. We also offer sleeping by the fire in the middle of the menhirs. There is a natural swimming pool 3 km away. Klatovy 7km. Here you can visit unique sights. Food - possibility of cooking on fire. Water from a well on the property 50 m from the caravan. The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Spacious apartment with balcony in the center of Klatovy is located in a prefabricated house on the 1st floor without elevator. The apartment is after reconstruction and equipped. In the first bedroom there is a double bed. And the second bedroom offers 2 separate beds. Kitchen partially equipped, living room is separate. There is a spacious dressing room. The bathroom offers a shower, toilet. The equipment includes towels, bed linen, toiletries. We are willing to add anything by agreement.
