It offers easy accessibility by car, bus and train (approx. 100m). The grocery store (approx. 20m) is open daily in summer. Ländlich gelegen und doch an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz von Klagenfurt angeknüpft genießt man hier einen besonderen Aufenthalt inmitten von Kärnten.

The apartment with around 75m2 is divided into two bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, a large bathroom and a study. Outside, the garden and the natural swimming pond can be used in summer and winter. There is a special surprise for children: our 5 dwarf goats.
