Beautiful cottage with garden in Pörtschach!

At the beginning of 2021, we renovated the semi-detached house and furnished it in a modern way and are looking forward to our first guests. In the garden there is a climbing frame, table tennis table and a barbecue. The covered terrace with large table invites you to eat together. A fully equipped kitchen, large living-dining area and small bathroom are located on the ground floor and three double bedrooms, a children's room with bunk bed and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet on the 1st floor.

Ez a 62 m2 es apartman a karintiai Feldkirchen városka csendes utcájában fekszik. Külön bejáratú, földszinti, két hálószobából, nappaliból es fürdőszobából áll. A nappaliban konyhasarok található. Kényelmes elhelyezést biztosít 5 fő részére, de 1-2 napra 6 ember részére pótágyazható. Karintia az 1000 tó vidéke, a közelben található a Wörthersee az Ossiacher see, Gerlitzen és a Turracher Höhe síparadicsom is. Az idegenforgalmi adót (2,20 euro/fő/ éjszaka) , áraink már tartalmazzák.

Comfortable modern house, 2 double rooms & nursery

This modern, spacious house is perfect for a group or family, we have two double rooms and a nursery. Nice bathroom with a big shower and bath. There is a balcony off a very big master bedroom and downstairs the lounge/living room opens onto a garden/terrace with gas bbq and ample seating. We are 50m away from the river and in the city. 15 minutes walk from the centre and 5 minutes from assorted shops. Free parking on site in a covered car port and lock up storage for bicycles.

Welcome to the Green House, in beautiful Klagenfurt am Wörthersee Our house with private entrance, terrace and garden, has everything you need for a nice stay: - Great location - Washing machine - Fully equipped kitchen - Nespresso machine - HD satellite TV - King-size bed - Terrace - Garden - ..... The idyllic farmhouse in the countryside is surrounded by nature, forest and meadow, only 10-15 minutes by car from Klagenfurt and thus from Lake Wörthersee. It offers five rooms: two bedrooms, a living room that can also be used as a bedroom, a spacious bathroom and a kitchen with dining area. In addition, there is an outdoor area with a terrace and a lawn to relax. The maximum number of people that can stay in the house is 6. A crib is available on request.

Own small house with garden and balcony. Very centrally located in the center of Klagenfurt. The city center is only 2-3 minutes walk away. Direct proximity to the Lendhafen, where several nice coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets can be found. The Wörthersee (lake) is also in the immediate vicinity and can be reached very well in a short time on foot or by bike (Lendradweg) or by public transport.
