Die Bushaltestelle, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Arzt, Apotheke, Friseur, Fitnessstudio, Kaffeehaus...sind 3 bis 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ins Zentrum und zum Krankenhaus fährt man 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und eignet sich sehr für längere Aufenthalte. Der gratis Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus.

Fantastic apartment in our large 3-story new building in the idyllic suburban area of Klagenfurt. Enjoy our garden terrace with barbecue facilities and let yourself be pampered by our sauna experience :). We also have SKY channels and Wi-Fi. Shopping and cinema are a 5-minute walk away, and the bus stop is around the corner. Also ideal for families with children due to the many activities for children (sandbox, trampoline, children's pool, etc.)

Relaxing holiday on the farm in the picturesque Rosental. The apartment is located in the centre of Wellersdorf. 3-4 persons will fit In the bedroom, there is a double bed and a small sofa bed, in the living room, a pull-out couch, which is suitable for either a couple or two small children. Our grandparents lived in the apartment, so the apartment inventory is already older and it shows signs of use. LW products can be purchased from us.

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.
