The ski lifts are a short distance away on foot/skis or by car! High-quality box-spring beds ensure the highest level of sleeping pleasure.

Das Frühstück im Freien neben den Fischteichen, Natur pur! im "Hexenstüberl"oder doch im Freien bei sportlichen Aktivitäten, wie schwimmen radfahren Pilze suchen oder angeln! Die Kurtaxe ist vor Ort zu bezahlen . Für Hunde fällt eine Sondergebühr an, wir ersuchen Sie uns vorab zu kontaktieren!

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Costs on site: electricity according to consumption, additional firewood, visitor's tax, additional garbage bags that are needed
