The beach cottage has 1 room and a sauna. The hot tub is available with a separate agreement and weather permitting, a surcharge of 130 €/week. Amenities: electricity, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, running water from a borehole, fireplace. The place is available from the beginning of October to the middle of December and again from the end of February to the end of April.

Tap water is drinkable. A clean outdoor toilet in an outbuilding, with a new ecological and hygienic flushing toilet seat. You have a gas barbecue and a rowing boat at your disposal. An easy overnight stay along the way, during a party, or on a vacation or business trip. A quiet apartment 1.5 km from Highway 4, close to the city center. Villa Kotiniemi is a wonderful destination for a relaxing cottage holiday, but also for active pursuits if you wish. In the summer, you can go out on the lake in a rowing boat or on a SUP board. In the summer, there are also great opportunities for outdoor activities in the village of Kivijärvi: a full-length disc golf course, a brand-new mini golf course and fitness steps. For winter holidays, ski trails start almost from the yard, snowmobile trails are 20 m away, and there is a children's sledding hill with a rope lift 700 m away.
