In the combined kitchen and living room, there is a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, induction stove, microwave and a cozy dining area. The accommodation is best suited for 4 people, but if you are more, there is also a sofa bed for the possibility of more sleeping places. In the living room, there is a 55” smart TV. The accommodation is located near a bus stop and grocery store, walking distance to both new and old Kiruna Center and parking outside the house.

Distance from the railway station to the apartment is 2.2 km. Matojärvi ice rink is 500 meters Free parking included. Bed linen, towels, Wifi is included in the price.

Due to the mining, there is an exciting city conversion in Kiruna and the new city center was opened in September 2022.
