In front of our listed house from 1724, located in the heart of the old wine village of Hambach, the fountain of the church square splashes, overshadowed by the old chestnut tree. Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. We are happy to open our bright, charming apartment, equipped with every modern comfort, for anyone who wants to explore the Palatinate. We offer a delicious breakfast with homemade products separately which has to be paid.

Enjoy relaxing vacations in a prime residential location in the bright, quiet basement apartment (70 m², parquet/vinyl floor) with sunny loggia and barbecue area in the garden. Do you love peace and nature, hiking, biking, good food and drink, culture and sightseeing? Here is the ideal starting point for your activities. The lovingly furnished apartment with four rooms is centrally located in Neustadt an der Weinstraße in an apartment building. The train station is a 5-minute walk away and a bus stop with connections to the surrounding villages, Hambach Castle and the city center is right outside the door. The apartment is the perfect starting point for hiking, biking or a city stroll. The Palatinate Forest and vineyards are 15 minutes walking distance.

Our cozy 38 square meter basement apartment impresses with its quiet location on the Hambacher Höhe and the proximity to the Palatinate Forest, ideal for walks and cycling. Downtown and the main train station are a 10-minute walk away. Enjoy a glass of wine at sunset in front of the property. A quad or sports boat can be rented on request. Experience the Palatinate, the Tuscany of Germany, with its wine festivals and cozy wine taverns.

Wunderschön, mitten in der Natur gelegen liegt unser Pferdehof in Alleinlage, der Modenbacher Hof. Neben Pferden, Wiesen und Wald haben wir auch Ferienwohnungen. Dieses freundliche, sonnige Apartment mit kleiner Terrasse lädt Familien, Paare und naturliebende Menschen ein, Zeit im Grünen zu verbringen. Ob Wald, Spielplatz, Weinstraße, Wingerte oder Pfälzer Dörfer und Städte, alles ist zu Fuß oder mit kurzen Anfahrten zu erreichen.

We only completed our natural, quietly located accommodation for you in 2022 and equipped it with modern furniture and electrical appliances. Here you can watch the sunrise from the terrace with a special view over the Rhine Valley, then work out on a hike in the Palatinate Forest and end the day with a self-prepared meal and a good glass of Palatinate wine before you fall into your comfortable box-spring bed.

With preserved sandstone walls, real wood parquet and an inviting atmosphere, our apartment offers a retreat for your stay in Neustadt an der Weinstraße.
