Herzlich willkommen in unserer ruhigen, freundlichen Ferienwohnung nahe Wald und Feld. Die Wohnung bietet eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschtrockner sowie einen Arbeitsplatz. Die zentrale Lage mitten in Deutschland eignet sich gut für die Durchreise, bis zur A7/A5 sind es ca. 10 min. In der Umgebung befinden sich viele Fahrrad-und Wanderwege. 10 min entfernt liegt die Lebensgemeinschaft Sassen/Richthof. Lebensmittelgeschäfte in Schlitz oder Niederaula sind auch in 10 min. erreichbar.

Lehne Dich zurück & entspanne... Unser Einraumappartement wurde nur mit natürlichen Baustoffen erstellt. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail habe ich hier Naturschiefer & Eichenholz verarbeitet. Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. Sauna & hot tub must be booked on request. (€80) Both are fired with wood. (No high electricity costs) Firewood for this must be brought along or can be booked with our house gardener incl. Delivery to the house can be booked for €40. Bed linen cover (standard size) must be brought along or can be booked with our property manager for €15.00 including towels. Electricity is calculated according to usage. 55ct/kwh.

Das gepflegte Haus liegt erhöht auf einem ca. 1.194 m² großen Grundstück und bietet eine blickgeschützte Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick in den Wald. Hier schlägt das Herz von Naturliebhabern höher.

Two floors, separate entrance, fireplace, terrace with barbecue, large living area & three bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. In the garden there is a fire bowl available and can be shared, occasionally cats visit the area. Ideal for families or nature lovers. The apartment is located on a street. When the window is open, street noise can be heard.

Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
