Peace and quiet and sun in the mountains

I'm renting out my country house. It has two floors, a large living area on the ground floor with high ceilings, an entrance hall, a kitchen, a guest toilet, three large bedrooms, and two bathrooms with bath tub and shower on the upper floor. A tenant lives in the same house - completely separate - on the second floor with a separate entrance. Very spacious accommodation surrounded by nature in an absolutely quiet and sunny location! A tourist tax of €2.50 per person per day in addition.

Newly renovated house - Reichenau nature reserve

Experience in our very special, newly renovated cottage moments of silence in the middle of nature reserve. Our house is located at 830 m above sea level in the well known climatic health resort Reichenau - it is the last house on the walking path onto the Rax. You can reach it easily by car, it has 2 bedrooms, a modern bathroom, kitchen with wood stove,induction plates,Nespresso + a huge garden. Approx 1 hour out of Vienna. Hiking, biking, walking trails just in front of your doormat.

You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. Our farm is located in the Bucklige Welt at the foot of the Wechsel directly at the so-called Molzkreuzung. This vacation home, which was built by our ancestors around 1880, has been completely renovated by us from 2022 to 2024 in loving handwork inside and out. Thus, nothing stands in the way of your vacation with the highest level of comfort.

Our lovingly restored Villa Sebaldi offers plenty of space on two levels. There is a total of over 300 m² with 6 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and two living rooms are available. Two dining rooms complete the coziness. From the kitchen there is a small terrace and on the upper floor the magnificent veranda balcony with a view of the Rax. Around the house there is a spacious garden where you can barbecue in summer, or simply relax under the old apple tree.
