Haus Kondelwald

The light-flooded, spacious, approx. 90 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a house built according to ecological construction. The house is located on the upper edge of the small village of Olkenbach/Bausendorf in a former Weimberg slope. You are almost right on the edge of the huge Kondelwald forest area. In 5 minutes you can walk to the Olkenbach and the playground there. There are numerous volcanic maars nearby, which can be reached quickly by car.

Enjoy a delicious drink on the terrace with a beautiful view over the Moselle Valley. We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. The apartment, which was ecologically renovated from 2013-2017 with historical building materials, consists of 3 rooms, a kitchen and bathroom for 2-3 people on the 1st floor of the "Old Ferry House".
