Little Annex close to Mumbles & beaches

Cozy well maintained room with its own private entrance and bathroom. The accomodation has a 6ft double bed in the conservatory, a private outside area and private bathroom with shower. Think of it as glamping with a great shower and toilet & at the same price. Close to all of the beautiful beaches of the Gower and a short walk into The Mumbles village along the sea front. please remember that we are sharing our home so not everything is immaculate, such as our painting skills haha.

Cosy maisonette in Sketty

A quaint and homely space with lots of natural light in a private and quiet area. This property is a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk to Singleton Hospital, Swansea University (Singleton Park Campus) and Swansea Bay Sports Park. It also has easy access to the town centre and the Gower. This is my primary residence that I list on here whilst I am away, therefore a second bedroom will be locked up for storage. There is also an allocated parking space to the side of the building.

Smart TV free WIFI Netflix etc. Can accommodate 4 people & travel cot (upon request). 5 mins walk into town, 2 mins to the beach, close to the New Swansea Arena and many other amenities. The spiral stairs lead up to a small double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Located in Mount Pleasant - just above Swansea city centre. Walk 12 to 15 mins down the steep hill to get to the shops, restaurants, bus station etc. Single person bookings only please.
