In der Wohnung befinden sich 3 Doppelzimmer und ein Einzelzimmer, eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche, ein Essbereich, ein Duschraum und 2 Räume mit WC. Bitte beachtet das für Privatreisen in Norden ein Kurbeitrag in Höhe von bis zu 3,50 EUR pro Person und Nacht berechnet wird. Der Betrag ist nicht im Übernachtungspreis enthalten. Ihr erhaltet nur für die gebuchte Personenzahl Zugang zu den Schlafzimmern. Ein Fahrradraum ist vorhanden.

Die Dachgeschosswohnung hat mit Ihren 30qm die perfekte Größe um ein paar schöne Tage zu zweit oder auch allein zu verbringen. Die Wohnung liegt absolut ruhig und ländlich, am Ortsrand in Sackgassenlage. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Bett mit der Größe 160cmx200cm. Ein Highlight ist die Dusche die direkt mit im Schlafzimmer integriert ist. Haustiere sind leider nicht möglich. Emden, Aurich, Norddeich, Greetsiel … Alles ist mit dem PKW zwischen ca. 10-20 Minuten zu erreichen.

The prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in the main season and €1.80 in the off-season per person./day including bed linens, a set of towels and 2 rental bikes. Pets are welcome with me. My guests can fully use Sky Entertainment Plus. Netflix is available on two TVs. In the spacious upper apartment with separate entrance, you can relax and feel comfortable. The Kiessee in the climatic spa town of Berumbur (600 m away) invites you to swim (dog beach) and relax. There is a separate, massively fenced garden area only for you, here also eruption artists can romp freely.
