The Cove Retreat Oceanfront Upstairs Apartment

This unique property is absolute oceanfront. It has the main residence and two private fully self contained apartments. Our friendly managers Jan and Steve live onsite with their little dog Charlie. The upstairs one bedroom apartment has stunnning views with ensuite and spa. Pets are very welcome but we ask that they are not left unattended. We offer doggie sitting at very reasonable rates and provide pet friendly ideas. All our relaxing outside areas including the firepit overlook the ocean.

Whale watching and Fraser Island tours are only 1km from our home making the location just perfect to explore the waters. Relax at this peaceful place to stay. Views across the Great Sandy Strait to K’gari (Fraser Island). Total getaway with stunning white Sandy beaches and clear water. Take long walks at low tide across the Sandy expanses, and swim in calm waters or go kayaking during high tide. The fishing is excellent with a boat ramp near the shady park, picnic and BBQ area. No shops in town, 30min to Tin Can Bay where you can feed the dolphins and enjoy the cafes. A little piece of paradise. BYO sheets.

Riverview Getaway is a single storey 3 bedroom fully contained home with sweeping views of the Mary River taking in the Granville Bridge, cane fields and Bauple Mountain Range. It is a perfect base for a family holiday or a couples getaway exploring the Fraser Coast and our beautiful heritage city "Maryborough". The terraced river bank allows access to a large river flat and deepwater river frontage. Please note that the bank is steep but you are more than welcome to explore.

Mary river Farmstay, SE Qld

4 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed. 1 with a queen bed. 1 with a single bed. The large family room has 1 queen bed plus a double & single bunk bed. Kitchen: electric stove + oven, microwave, refrigerator& utensils. The farm has a herd of cows, 1 klm of Mary River frontage with birds, lungfish, frogs and platypus. Scenic bush walking. We have a secure enclosure for dogs on the verandah, but prefer not inside the house. Ponds near house have rare frogs, often active in wet weather.
