The newly built holiday apartment is a stone's throw from the beach. From the spacious terrace, there is a magnificent panoramic view of the beach and the bay. On a clear day, the Great Belt Bridge is clearly visible on the horizon. One bedroom is equipped with a separate glass section facing the living room, so you can enjoy the sea view to the east without getting out of bed, as well as a private bathroom. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. A 96 m2 retreat, with cattle, heron colony and foxes as neighbors. In the garden, there is a small cozy fireplace and shelter with 3-4 sleeping places. We are close to the forest and beach meadow, 300 meters from a lovely beach, 1 km from Falsled Harbor, and from the completely unique eatery Falsled Kro. We are located right on the edge of Svanninge Bakker, and the area is very suitable for outdoor activities such as hiking, running and cycling. The Øhavsstien trail starts at Falsled Harbor.

Bed linens must be brought. Bed linen can be rented for 50 DKK or 7.00 EUR per person. Toilet paper and towels are available upon arrival. Cleaning can be purchased on site for 300.00 DKK or 40.00 EUR. There is fast wifi and there is free parking right by the door on the street 24 hours, you should not take care of it says 2 hours on the P sign.
