Warm welcome to Iltaranta! This holiday home, built in 2013, comfortably accommodates up to 9 people with modern amenities. The property includes a main building and a separate lakeside sauna cabin, which can also be used for accommodation. The main building features three bedrooms with a total of three double beds. It is equipped with underfloor heating and an air-source heat pump. A hot tub is located on the terrace of the lakeside sauna. The spacious plot includes a private sandy beach, and guests have access to a rowing boat. The main building includes: 3 bedrooms + living room + open kitchen + shower + WC + sauna with an electric stove. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and has direct access to the terrace. The living room features a TV, Wi-Fi, a heat-storing fireplace, and an air-source heat pump. The separate lakeside cabin features a sofa bed for two people, a sauna, and bathroom facilities. The cabin includes a traditional Finnish wood-heated sauna, with easy access for a refreshing swim. The cabin is equipped with a double sofa bed, a TV, and all essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is peaceful with a large private lot and no nearby neighbors. Outdoor activities are easily accessible, and you’re free to enjoy the surrounding nature. Savonlinna is just a 45-minute drive away and is well worth a visit. There are excellent spots nearby for berry and mushroom picking. Enjoy a vacation and get active in Punkaharju Lake Saimaa's waves are just 100 meters away, and the fishing waters of Pihlajavesi and Puruvesi await enthusiasts. The area's sandy beaches, the Forest Museum, the petting zoo, and the hiking trails with their lean-tos in the tree species park offer activities for the whole family. The Savonlinna Opera Festival is a 30-minute drive away. There are several sandy beaches in the area. In Punkaharju, there are grocery stores, a pharmacy, and a gas station; the distance is 8 km (5 miles). 30 km to Savonlinna, 6 km to Lusto train station, 350 km to Helsinki.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Villa Myllymäki

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

In a modern cottage on the shores of Lake Saimaa, you can spend your holiday in a great setting. The large windows of the cottage overlook Lake Saimaa. The wood-heated sauna has soft steam and a large landscape window. The sauna has a large terrace area for lounging and cooking (barbecue and smoker). Good opportunities for fishing, berry picking, cycling, golf, skiing, etc. The year-round outdoor hot tub, rowboat, 2 SUP boards and 2 kayaks are freely available to tenants.

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Renovated historic cottage

By the waters of Kalainen, the historic ferry house delights in Savonranta by the Oriväri river connecting Paasvesi and Pyyvesi. The house has been completely renovated and the environment restored to its new splendor. The property has two kayaks, a rowboat and the possibility to rent a tub (in summer) and a motorboat, as well as fishing guide services! Our company's professional fishing uses the jetty at the cottage, so the fish are transported through the jetty.

Three-bedroom apartment + sauna in the city center

Wonderful aparment in Savonlinna center, surrounded by Lake Saimaa. The apartment has a small sauna, swimming in the lake is possible via stairs in the backyard. Less than 10 min. walk to the market square and city center services, Olavinlinna castle is about 20 min. walk away. Swimming hall (on maintenance break 7.7.-10.8.), Huwila restaurant and beach are very close. The building has a swimming pool that is available outside the reserved sauna hours.
