Cheerful and fresh single home/oak tree surround.

This is our family cottage home in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is newly renovated, and decorated. We occasionally open it to all responsible, respectful, adult guest who abide by the house rules. No outside guest allowed after check in. It is 6.7 miles/15 minute drive to New Orleans/ French Quarter. We live next door. Absolutely no parties/ Booking Person must be the guest/ no more than 3 guest ever. We may ask for ID. If unsure. before you will be given the key. Wifi and Netflix.

Newly remodeled house near many attractions. Safe and kid friendly area. Access whole house except for a side which is used for storage/office. Outdoor has a nice deck for your barbecue or do it Cajun style with a Seafood boil!
