The house has a kitchen, a wood-fired sauna, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a TV, an air-source heat pump, Wi-Fi and a view of the Simojoki River. Bedding, towels and detergents are provided. Toys and games for children! There is a barbecue hut in the yard and a lean-to on the beach! Also ask about activities that can be arranged on site! The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, and a hallway. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washer, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. Amenities include a shower, toilet, air source heat pump. Book for 4–5 people; the beach sauna can be booked separately for €30/hour (the sauna is pre-heated and sessions are between 6 pm and 10 pm)

A rowing boat is available for residents to use. Linen and towels are included in the price. Tap water is supplied from the mains. In the quiet of the countryside, the soul rests!

Stay in the tranquility of the countryside in a cozy cottage with river views. The cottage is small, in good condition and has everything you need. Electric sauna, shower, toilet, stove, dishes, fridge and cooking utensils There is a path to the beach and a rowboat in use. The beach is stone-based and has no jetty, so you must be able to swim if you want to take a dip in the river. The property has just been fitted with an air heat pump that keeps the apartment comfortably cool and brings pleasant warmth in winter.
