This apartment offers you both: tranquility in the countryside and yet you are in the middle of Munich in just 30 minutes. The train station is a 2-minute walk away. The Ammersee and Wörthsee, two of the most beautiful lakes in the Munich area, can also be reached by car in 15 minutes. The apartment is located in a house with six parties on the property where my grandparents' house used to be. That's why there are still some memorabilia in the apartment, such as my grandmother's old sewing machine.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Welcome to my charming tiny house in Kaufering, located in the beautiful region of Landsberg am Lech. The house has a cozy sleeping loft with skylight and another bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine. Despite the compact size, the tiny house offers a cozy living area that allows a beautiful view of the private garden thanks to the generous window areas.
