Cozy apartment in the old town of Kempten

A large bedroom and dining room, from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom are accessed. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (only via Internet) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with a floor-level shower and a lot of space. Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Our loft is located in the attic of our residential building in the center of Zellerberg. Bad Wörishofen, Munich, Lake Constance, the castles in Füssen and the Alps can be reached in less than an hour by car. 4 people are included in the reservation. The loft is perfect for families, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, or for getting together with friends. The entire garden with pool, charcoal grill, gas grill and seating area is available for our guests only.

The train station is a 5-minute walk away. City and region offer endless leisure activities. Hiking, biking, swimming, winter sports, everything is possible seasonally. The castles of King Ludwig II are four kilometers away. Larger shopping cities are Kempten, Kaufbeuren, Augsburg, or Munich.

Ahegg is located at an altitude of 850 m to 1000 m and is a climatic health resort. In about 500 m there is a very nice pond that invites you to swim and in winter to ice skate. The Allgäu circular bike path leads directly past the house. In the immediate vicinity are wonderful opportunities for winter sports and hikes. By car you are in approx. 15 minutes in the city of Kempten, which invites you to enjoy nice restaurants and shopping.
