The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

Genieße den Charme der 50er Jahre im liebevoll renovierten Apartment unseres Reihenhäuschens. In einer ruhigen Wohngegend kannst du dich wie Zuhause fühlen. Dank guter Infrastruktur und zentraler Lage bist du schnell in der Innenstadt oder im Messezentrum. In nur 4 Minuten erreichst du die Autobahnauffahrt Wels-Nord (von der Autobahn ist auf dem Grundstück nichts zu hören). In 10min kannst du beim Messezentrum sein. Dank Vollklimatisierung kannst du auch den Sommer bei uns genießen.

Experience our cosy Tiny House in Scharten, Upper Austria - ideal for 4 people + child. Perfect for bike tours and visits to the thermal baths, it offers a cosy tree house feeling. Relax in the wood-fired hot tub Family-friendly with toys for the little ones. Ideal for those who want to try out the Tiny House experience! Due to the hot summer, the grass has unfortunately not yet grown properly. But you can get to the door, the terrace and the bathtub without getting your feet wet.

The spacious house was renovated with a lot of love in 2024, quiet garden with terrace and barbecue facilities, 3 minutes to the motorway, quiet location, good local transport, 5 minutes to the Bad Schallerbach thermal world / Eurothermenresort. 5 minutes to Schmiding Zoo The city of Wels is also very easy to reach and Linz is only 30 minutes away. Carmen Faisthuber wishes you a pleasant stay.

Schöner Altbau direkt im Stadtzentrum von Wels. 84 m² Wohnfläche, sehr großzügiges Schlaf-Zimmer, Badezimmer, voll ausgestattete Küche und Wohnzimmer. In dem Kingsize Bett von 200x200cm ist genug Platz für zwei Personen. Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich ein Sofa und ein Flügel. Das Messegelände ist in 15min zu Fuß erreichbar, viele Cafés, Restaurants und Bars direkt in der Nähe.

Calm and traditional farm house flat near highway

Our farm house ("Vierkanthof") is surrounded by fields, meadows and woods. The quaint apartment is absolutely quiet, yet very central (10 minutes to Wels and Grieskirchen, 25 to Linz, 1 hour to Salzburg, 2 hours to Vienna, 5 minutes to the next motorway drive and to Bad Schallerbach). Within walking distance there is the possibility to feed our sheep and chickens.
