Vacation home 365 BEACHLIFE has: A private front door, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom under the roof and a seat outside. Parking is available in the parking garage on the Boulevard 150m away. Beach Pavilion Paal 14 and Beach Pavilion Surf and Beach are our favorite!

This summerhouse is located in a quiet street in the nice centre of Katwijk aan Zee. 300 m from the beach. Also ideal as point of departure for walking and cycling. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. On the groundfloor bathroom with toilet and 1 bedroom with a double bed (1,40 x 2 m). On the first floor the living room with a kitchen (fully equipped). You can reach the first floor by stairs (steep stairs, unsuitable for people with walking difficulties).

Furthermore, our vacation home is a good place to take trips from there to, for example, De Keukenhof. Leiden, Delft, The Hague and Amsterdam can also be reached within half an hour by car.

Fancy a breath of fresh air on the North Sea coast? Then come to our completely renovated (2016) two-person apartment on the first floor (no lift) in the charming Katwijk aan Zee. Located less than 150 m Boulevard/Sea and in the busy shopping street of shopping center de Zeezijde. Sun, sea, beach: in short, lots of fun! The apartment is furnished for adults, so unfortunately not for small children or babies! The apartment is also suitable for 2 people!

Chalet Tulips & Dunes (Wassenaar, Beach)

Our cozy chalet is located right next to one of the most beautiful nature reserves of South Holland: Lentevreugd, which is only a few minutes away from the beach. In front of your door you will find grazing Highland cattles and Konik horses. The chalet lies behind our Tulip farm and it can accommodate a maximum of 3/4 people. Peace, freedom and every night a beautiful sunset. Due to the enclosed garden, the chalet is also ideal for young families

Accommodation by the Sea

Our dream of building a vacation home on our own property came true in the spring of 2021. Together with our three daughters, Noa, Bo and Sam, we live in the so-called beloved “Vogeltjesbuurt” in Katwijk aan Zee. Close to the beach and dunes, a fantastic place has been created here. The cottage was designed by ourselves and built with love by a handy uncle, father and friends. Finally, we can proudly share our vacation home for guests to enjoy.

Welcome to our "Kraaiennestje". Centrally located in Katwijk, you will find our studio within walking distance of the beach and dunes, where you can enjoy a lovely walk. The shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. ESA/Estec is less than 15 minutes by bike or 30 minutes on foot. The BIO Science Park-West is a 10-minute bus ride away. Katwijk has excellent connections to Leiden, Amsterdam, The Hague, etc.

Studio for 2 people

It is a 1-room apartment of about 20-25m2 equipped with a living/sleeping area with double bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. We offer a towel service, this means that your towels and tea towels will be changed every two days. The studio is located at the front of the building, if you look out of the window you can see the sea on the left and the center on the right.

Maison la Franchimon near the beach

Maison la Franchimon is a summer house in the center of Katwijk with all modern facilities for a wonderful beach holiday. The house is a 5-minute walk from the beach. The house has a living area (TV, Wi-Fi) with open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, microwave oven and refrigerator, a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower and two double bedrooms. Free parking is also available.
