The house is located right by the sea in a south-facing location between two nice beaches. The large garden is secluded and borders Sandviken's nature reserve. On the terrace, there is a fireplace. From the gate, it is 50 meters to Sandviken's sandy beach. 200 meters from the house, there is a tennis court. In Östergarnslandet there are nice villages, farm shops, restaurants, beautiful nature and hiking trails.

Welcome to rent an architect-designed cottage with high standards and a large south-facing terrace. The cottage is located 250 meters from Sandviken's sandy beach. Östergarnslandet has farm shops, restaurants, cafés and hiking trails. The space The cottage is 56 m2 with open plan kitchen and living room. Around the whole cottage runs a generous wooden deck with several seating areas. There is one double bedroom, a sleeping loft with two single beds and a living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom has a shower.
