The house is an independent and autonomous residence in a huge garden. It consists of a bathroom and a living room with a double bed. The Barbecue area can be used as a cooking and dining kitchen, fully equipped with electric cooker, barbecue, and a traditional built oven. The house is in a quiet place and is only 800 meters away from the beach.There is a long sandy beach arround. The beach of Kouroutas and the center of Kouroutas is only 1 km away.

Our house is located on the coast , on a gated estate , in the beautiful area of Agios Andreas, Katakolo .It is suitable for families and groups , and is just a 25 minute drive from the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ancient Olympia.A stunning ,secluded , semi-private beach is just a 2 minute walk down the hill. Adjacent to the house is the delightful, award winning Mercouri Winery, which is open to visitors for tours and tastings.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood 1 km from the central square. It is 21 km from the Archaeological Museum of Ancient Olympia, 13 km from Katakolo and 29 km from Lake Kaiafa. In the area around the accommodation, there is a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and public basketball and tennis court. This is a stylish and spacious apartment.
