Located at the end of the village Klenik pri Pivka on the outskirts of Nature 2000, we call it "BEe in foREST", located at the end of the village Klenik pri Pivka on the outskirts of Nature 2000, in the lap of nature with which we are closely connected. It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

You will be greeted with a "Welcome basket" with local delicacies upon arrival. Skate park and sports field are located in the immediate vicinity. We offer free bicycle rental for our guests. Najbližje plaže v Ankaranu je oddaljena 4 km približno 7 km pa je do nove plaže v Kopru. V bližini je trgovina, pošta, bari, slaščičarna. Urejene so peš poti in kolesarska pot Parencana, po kateri lahko pridemo do turističnega Portoroža. 20 km od Škofij se nahaja kobilarna Lipica, 50 km Postojnska jama in Predjamski grad.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

House is located in a small village on top of the hill surrounded by Vipava Valley.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. Our B&B is located in a quiet area but at the same time is 15 minutes from the center of Trieste, also close to the seaside and the beautiful Val rosandra, where you can go for a walk along the river. we have one room and we called "Green Mind" because here you can relax your body and soul in a green peacefu l place.
