Charming villa with big garden and private pool. Complete privacy all around the house, great for relaxing and enjoying the sun by the pool. Villa has 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room. On upper floor we have rooms with nice balcony with a beautiful view at sea .On ground floor is kitchen/living room,bathroom, and outside you'll enjoy terrace with natural shade. Big heated pool 40m2 with hidromassage and BBQgril

Private villa with a heated pool and views of the Bay of Kastel and the archipelago of Split, which is located in Rudine (Kastela). The villa and the gardens are completely closed and private so you can enjoy complete privacy. Far from the crowd, but close. The large heated pool with massage is created for enjoyment. There is a railway line about 150 metres away and the bus stop which is 600 metres away. Split and Trogir is about 20 minutes away by car. The nearby beach is 5 minutes by car.
