Perfect location by the sea

Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. "Lilla Huset" is a private accommodation of 27 km2 with a large wooden deck. The house has a living room area, a dining area and a kitchen with an oven. The bathroom is equipped with shower and floor heating. The house is only 1 km from the coast and Valleberga viewpoint. The nearest beach is Löderupstrandbad. Backagården has a café nearby. Relax in this quiet newly-built accommodation 400 m from the sea and sandy beach. 1 km to a temperate outdoor pool. 25 m to the bus between Ystad-Simrishamn. Bicycle path all the way to Ystad (9 km). 10 km to Kåseberga. Open floor plan, sleeping alcove with double bed 160 cm. Sofa bed 140 cm with extra mattress. Kitchen towels and smaller towels for bathrooms are available. Bring your own bed linens and bath towels. They are available to rent if needed, SEK 100/person. High chair and crib are available if needed.

Come and stay in beautiful Kåseberga. We rent out our charming guest apartment located in the middle of the village, with Ales around the corner and the harbor a stone's throw away. The newly renovated apartment with its own entrance is on two floors with kitchen, living room and bathroom on the entrance floor. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds in a connecting walk-through room. In the garden, there is a private, enclosed patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue.

This is the old farmhouse on our farm, Oscar Persgården. We have kept the lovely old 1950s kitchen, and we rebuilt the old chimney and installed a wood-burning stove. We also converted the upstairs into a separate apartment with its own entrance, which we also rent out. The house is in a fantastic location with lots of great walking options, close to restaurants, a convenience store, mini golf, and many other activities. For groups of more than 4–5 guests, there is also a beautiful room with 4 beds upstairs.
