The icing on the cake is the special charm of the apartment, which was renovated in 2023: The Alte Schmiede dates back to 1666!

The apartment is newly equipped and rustic elements such as the wood-burning stove from Uroma or the Tyrolean parlor ensure coziness and special vacation hours. The view of the mountains and fresh mountain air ensure immediate relaxation. The surroundings offer beautiful moments and all kinds of possibilities in both summer and winter. The central location is particularly appreciated (about 5 km from Wattens and the highway).

Hintergraseck is situated above the Partnachgorge in the mountains with magnificent nature. Elmau Castle(G7-summit) is the neighbor to the east, 4.5km away. Unique view of the mountains. Das helle Apartment bietet von zwei Balkonen spektakuläre Aussichten auf die Alpen sowie das Schloß Neuschwanstein. Es liegt direkt am Forggensee (Stausee). The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Cozy apartment with kitchen + terrace for 2+1

The modern, fully equipped apartment offers enough space and comfort for 2 people to enjoy a pleasant stay. 2+1 means that families with a child have the budget-friendly option of letting the child sleep on the pull-out sofa bed (see photos). An adult can also sleep here. Please note that using the sofa bed inevitably comes with limitations in terms of space and comfort. If you don't want to compromise on comfort even with three people, we recommend taking a look at our larger apartments.

We offer a cozy apartment on the first floor with great views. Great starting point for hikes into the unique nature of the Karwendel Mountains. For winter sports enthusiasts, the ski resorts are not far away, and cross-country ski trails in the Seefeld Olympia region are also easy to reach. Or simply relax at Lake Walchen. Everything your heart desires can be reached in a short time. From now on, the tourist tax is included in the price. There are no additional costs.
