Delightful cabin with spectacular sea view, 20 m from the sea, own sandy beach, pier and dock. Undisturbed, sunny, modern with funky ice cream, lots of glass and light surfaces. Oak parquet and tile. Inlaid water from boron holes. Large terrace with sea views, stone stairs and railings to the sea. Garden with lawn, berry bushes, flowers and trees. The cabin is available for guests who have previously completed a minimum of 2 Airbnb stays with rating 5.0. Accessible fixtures/equipment might differ from pictures.

Newly renovated farmhouse in peaceful surroundings.

The house is a farmhouse from 1907, it was completely renovated in 2019. The house is situated in an open countryside surrounded by farms that run with sheep, cows and horses. These surroundings create gorgeous views from all rooms. On our farm we are engaged in fruit and berry cultivation, producing apple must and aronia juice for sale. In addition, we have a small home bakery where we bake potato cakes. The house is unassuming in relation to both neighbors and the host family residence.

Heating in the bath floor and floor living room/kitchen. Staircase/step-free access to the entrance and bedroom on the 1st floor. The micro cabin was finished in August 2023. It's 17.6 square. In the living room there is 5 seats and a chest table with storage. The couch can be turned out to a double bed. The accommodation is in the loft. There you are under a skylight and can admire the starry sky and the sea view if the weather plays. Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, hot plates, microwave and necessary kitchen equipment. The bathroom has a water toilet, a sink w/mirror cabinet and shower.

Vikra is a fantastic place on Karmøy and the property has a rare 'feelgood' atmosphere above it. We offer family-friendly and sustainable accommodation, free electric car charging, sunset in the Glass House and a small herb garden among many other things. The house is located just above the national road,which ends up stopping in the unique summer town of Skudeneshavn.There is a bike path along the entire road..Below the road you will find the lovely Sandve beach.Much used by surfers and families.At the house there is a big screened out terrace and plenty of room for parking.
