Andasmauet 10 is a small house from 1838 in the middle of Stavanger. The ceiling height is low, the floor creaks and the windows are handmade with bars. Yes, that's exactly what a 186-year-old house should be like. Here you get to experience living in one of the houses in what has been designated as Northern Europe's best preserved wooden housing. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Both kitchen and bathroom are completely renovated in 2025. PLEASE NOTE! The stairs are original and steep!

The farm shop was named Norway's best farm shop in 2023 and 2025 and is a small attraction in its own right. Right next door you will find a sauna that can be booked with equally good views.

The apartment is 75 sqm. After you have used the city's facilities, this is a really great place to relax and catch your breath.
