The apartment has its own parking space, and most of the city's offerings are within walking distance, with a short distance to the hospital, Aibel and HVL. Please notice that the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

One large double bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. 80 m2. A few minutes walk to the hospital (Helse Fonna) and HVL (the college), the pedestrian street in the city centre and the city's restaurant area on the quay.
