It was built in 1880 with stone and wood, and it is located at the highest point of the traditional village of koumeika and was renovated in 2010. It has a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea and of the village from its two balconies and small garden, which is full of flowers. The space is warm, welcoming and quiet with an incrediblel view. The house has a wonderful garden/patio with flowers and deciduous trees and is located 6 minutes away from the kaladakia and balos beach with car.

The serene beach scene features smooth pebbles and gentle waves lapping at the shore. A large tree provides shade, with views of calm waters extending to the horizon. The clear sky enhances the tranquil atmosphere, inviting relaxation and enjoyment of the natural surroundings.
