Villa Marima is located in a quiet environment in the village of Butari in the heart of Slovenian Istria. The newly built facility offers three bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a jacuzzi, a social area with a table tennis table, a large living area with a sofa bed, a large terrace, a balcony, private parking, and a huge garden. We are an organic farm that, in addition to organic olive oil and dried fruits, also offers seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables, farm tours and tastings of our crops.

Motovun Bellevue - amazing view, comfortable

Everyone will feel comfortable in this spacious and unique accommodation with a beautiful view. The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.

The enormous windows allow incredible views down the Mirna valley whose steep hills opposite hold the village of Kaldir to the S.W. and perched on its' fairytale location to the South, the small fortified town of Motovun. This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded.
