The cottage consists of two parts that are joined together – an original part from the early 1900s and a newly built part from 2025. Sleeping places for up to 10 adults + 2 children Glazed conservatory with dining table for 16 guests. Large plot of over 2 hectares including a 160 sqm newly built patio. There are plenty of swimming spots and scenic areas in the surrounding area

Björnbo - A lovely cottage

Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation with proximity to the swimming area. Here you enter the calm directly surrounded by the turn-of-the-century charm, linseed oil painted beadboard, well-equipped kitchen with large gas stove for those interested in cooking as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from a newly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house was completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower and fresh outdoor toilet.

Well-equipped and fresh cottage on a shared lake plot with sea view. The cottage is divided into a living room with kitchen area and living room. Sleeping loft with 2 single beds. In the living room, there is 1 sofa bed sofa for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge that has a freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

Sörängen

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Sörängen is a charming old 19th-century cottage with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Other rooms have been renovated but have retained their old charm. Fireplace and also wood stove. The house is located adjacent to another property where there are sheep and chickens. Otherwise, the house is surrounded by forests and green areas. A smaller river for fishing is a few hundred meters away. Swimming area within 5 km. Access to a simple outdoor gym, wood-fired sauna, two nice bicycles to borrow.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

The Brewery in Sund

Close to Forsmark! You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. We rent out our brewery on our farm. In the brewery house there are two double beds (one consists of two single beds) and a day bed. The renter brings their own bed linens/bath towels (possibility to rent these) Perfect for those who live in another location and need a place to stay during the job period, or just want to get closer to nature. Hållnäs coast is only a few kilometers away! Cleaning before departure is done by the person renting.

Modern and spacious house with stunning views right by the water where you can enjoy the view in front of a wood-burning stove. Cozy walking trails, plenty of berries and mushrooms in the forests and good swimming opportunities. There are two large terraces - the upper one is under the open sky and the lower one has a roof over it in case it rains. Spacious kitchen with everything you need. There are two parking spaces if you drive here as well as a municipal bus that stops 500 meters from the property.

In winter, the exercise trail is a lit ski trail, and after a day out, you can enjoy a sauna. With the option of swimming 100 metres away. Exercise trail 150 m. Disc golf 100 m. Pump Track 100 m Option to take a commuter train to Uppsala or Gävle. Please bring own linen and towels. Cleaning and washing up before check-out

Cozy brewery right next to the sea

Här hos oss på Solgården erbjuder vi detta fina brygghus på ca 25kvm med loft (låg takhöjd) med 3 bäddar och bäddsoffa för två i vardagsrummet. Med inglasat uterum samt veranda så blir boendeutrymmet dubbelt så stort. Lillstugan har två sängar. Bra utrustat kök, wc och dusch. Läget är fantastiskt med havsutsikt och tillgång till en brygga för att njuta av bad och sol, eller att låna våra två kanoter och kajaker för en tur ut i havsviken. Njut av god middag, grilla och samtidigt se solen gå ned.

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas med promenadavstånd till havet. Varför inte avsluta dagen med en stund i vår vedeldade bastu. Vacker natur och fina promenadstråk längs vattnet. Elbilsladdning finns att tillgå vid behov. Närmaste mataffär ligger i Edvalla, 8 km bort. Boendet har ett sovrum med dubbelsäng 180cm, kök och vardagsrum, badrum med dusch och tillgång till tvättmaskin. Sängkläder och handdukar medtages av hyresgäster. Städning ingår ej. Städutrustning finns.

Our vision is that during your stay with us you will "Relax and log out" by staying close to nature & wildlife. The room have access directly to the terrace above the water's edge. From the terrace you can then go directly out on the paths that lead you out to many beautiful places around the cape and we have the option of booking a boat trip for experiences at sea which can be both to experience the wildlife, fishing or just looking around, let us know if you are interested.
