The base is 3 fully equipped homes with a size of 50m2 + closed mezzos. The ground floor of each house includes a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter terrace, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house can accommodate 4 people, and the pull-out couch in the living room can accommodate 2 additional guests. Tlen base is a year-round getaway. Heated in the winter, air-conditioned in the summer

Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

Cozy apartment in the center of Kovar - a beautiful village hidden between the Krkonoše and Janowice Ore Mountains. Numerous hiking trails are available from Kowar (including to Sněžka, the Edge Pass, the Rock Table), which are a great alternative to (often crowded) trails starting, for example, from Karpacz. There are also many places worth visiting in Kowary, such as the Underground Tourist Route Kowary, the Miniature Park of Monuments of Lower Silesia, or the Sentiment Museum.

It is in the block of flats with silent and nice neighbors. The two-room, 35 square meters flat, whit bedroom and cosy living-room, can fit four people, perfect for those who want to explore the region - both the nature and the culture.

Forget your worries with these spacious and serene interiors. The expansive area of a forest park with old apple trees and comfortable home furnishings with a sauna, fireplace, billiards, and hot tubs allow for wonderful relaxation and an intimate rest away from the crowds. The view of the mountains and Snow White is an extra experience. The fire pit will make every evening more attractive.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage.
