The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. Popielato - a house with a hot tub and fireplace

POPIELATO - a small house (35 m2) with whirlpool for 4 people on the outskirts of the village of Grudza - 15 minutes from Świeradów Zdrój, 30 minutes from Szklarska Poręba. From here you have a fantastic panorama of the Sudeten. The house has two separate bedrooms (including 1 on the mezzanine), kitchen, bathroom and living room. We have a fireplace and hot tub that is directly accessible from the large terrace. The firewood is at your disposal for free.

A secluded, original, charming place to stay and relax for both two and the family. Roe deer and a large number of different bird species are regular guests of the surrounding fields. Beautiful views of the Chojnik Castle and the Karkonosze Mountains. There are rural buildings and farms in the area. DZIK near Karpacz cottage with sauna & fireplace

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
