Each house is surrounded by a spacious terrace, has a fenced area, garden, playground and a place for a bonfire. Nearby, there are numerous walking paths, forests, meadows, beautiful views and clean air :-)

It is a new building located next to a forest, pond and a mountain stream, away from the city noise, tourists and hotels. This location guarantees peaceful and quiet holiday. It is an ideal place for people looking for peacefulness and wonderful views. The cottage is ideal as a starting point to explore upper regions of mountains, hiking up the hill or other tourist attractions.

Heated cottage for up to 8 people in a quiet area. On the ground floor living room with fireplace and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. BBQ hut, children's playground, wifi, TV, sauna (150 zł per night), bicycles (30 zł/night). View of the mountains. Additional wood for the barbecue hut is paid PLN 60 per wheelbarrow. Free 1 basket of wood for the fireplace in the cottage for the day. Each additional basket is paid 20 PLN.

The cottage consists of a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, 2 double bedrooms, a large porch and a balcony. There is a beautiful garden, a dining shed with a brick grill and a fire pit, a playground with a treehouse, parking spaces. Fenced area, remote control gate, owners' home in the immediate vicinity.

Popielato - a house with a hot tub and fireplace

POPIELATO - a small house (35 m2) with whirlpool for 4 people on the outskirts of the village of Grudza - 15 minutes from Świeradów Zdrój, 30 minutes from Szklarska Poręba. From here you have a fantastic panorama of the Sudeten. The house has two separate bedrooms (including 1 on the mezzanine), kitchen, bathroom and living room. We have a fireplace and hot tub that is directly accessible from the large terrace. The firewood is at your disposal for free.
