The cottage overlooks a beautiful and illuminated lighthouse. The cottage was built in 2002 and has been well maintained. The property is a regular cottage, not a hotel. Ideal for summer and winter accommodation. There is a rowboat on the beach. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, sleeping loft, electric sauna, shower, dressing room, toilet, air heat pump and a large fireplace.

A new, rough studio apartment with a French balcony, located in the green landscapes of Puijonlaakso, next to Kysin and the university. Private parking space in the yard. Accessible to the apartment. Kuopio city center is 2.5 km away. Right in front of the apartment is a bus stop, from which two lines run in 10 minutes to the center of Kuopio. From the apartment, you can easily access the Puijonlaakso hiking trails, which continue to Puijo. Next to it is also the beautiful Sammakkolampi and a cozy park area with a beach.

A handy little studio in the garage of our detached house. Private entrance. Toilet, shower, fridge in the mini kitchen, combination oven/microwave, hot plate. Sleeping loft 180 cm wide. Sofa bed that can be spread out at the bottom 80 cm or spread out 160 cm. Air heat pump for cooling/heating. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. If you don't have sheets, you can borrow them by asking. 5€/person. Parking is available in our yard, local buses every 30 minutes.

This beautiful holiday villa is located in middle of Finland 58km from Jyväskylä. The downstairs apartment of this semi-detached house is all in your use with the big garden area and the beach. My dad lives in the separate upstairs apartment and will help you if needed but you also have full privacy. The popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.

Our closest neighbors are the Rautalampi Museum, the Rautalampi Church, one of the largest wooden churches in Finland, and the wonderful Artteli store.
