Exclusively equipped apartment with two bedrooms, each bedroom with bath/shower/toilet. A washer/dryer is available in a bathroom. Modern and well-equipped kitchen, large, cozy dining area and living area with balcony from which you have a magnificent view of the mountains opposite. The spacious apartment is in the center of Westendorf, so that all restaurants, shops, swimming pool, golf course and mountain railway/lifts (in winter: ski in - ski out) are easily accessible. The golf course, which opened in 2013, is a 20-minute walk from the apartment. 10 other golf courses are available in the region. The tennis court is 2 minutes from the apartment. Westdorf is an ideal place for hikers, mountain bikers and paragliders. From April to November, you can check in any day.

Completely newly renovated apartment in a rustic, over 100-year-old house. Unique location between Loferbach and Berg in a secluded location and yet only 3-5 minutes from the town centre and ski lifts. Use of the Lofer outdoor pool in summer included in the price! 120m from the house is the Lofer waterfall, relaxed sleeping with the sound of the stream in the background... The apartment has a south-facing balcony overlooking the mountains and a terrace on the mountain side that invites you to barbecue and chill.

Exclusive vacation home in the country house

We are a neighboring village of Kaprun (TauernSpa, Kitzsteinhorn). Zell am See (Schmittenhöhe) is 12 km away (10 minutes by car). We are located in the middle of the "Hohe Tauern" National Park. Peaceful location on the outskirts - there start hiking trails and mountain bike trails. From May to October, the "National Park-Sommercard" is included in the price - many attractions, swimming pools, indoor swimming pools, museums, ... are therefore free to use. The place is good for couples and families (with kids).

There is a shower available in the bathroom with a washing machine and one toilet separately.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...
