The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

The small but cozy cellar apartment is in Hart im Zillertal in a quiet location and a few minutes' drive from ski areas such as Spieljochbahn, Hochfügen and Hochzillertal. These are easily accessible by public transport. Our location is the starting point for beautiful hikes. WiFi is free of charge. The apartment has satellite TV, an open-plan living and sleeping area and a sunny terrace with a side mountain view. The kitchen is fully equipped!

The Spieljoch ski & hiking area in Fügen can be reached in 5 minutes and the Hochzillertal ski resort in Kaltenbach can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.

Apartment Nina is located in Hart im Zillertal in a quiet and sunny location. In a few minutes' drive you can reach the Spieljoch, Hochfügen and Hochzillertal Kaltenbach ski resorts. The experience spa Fügen is also very close. For hiking in summer, there are many possibilities available, e.g. the Veil Waterfall Haselbach.
