The house is located at the end of a road so there is no traffic noise. A living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet are available. In front of the entrance is a terrace with table and armchairs, as well as a 100 m² fenced meadow (ideal for dogs).

Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

The house is located in the middle of the lake area, between Lake Klopein, Lake Gösselsdorf, Lake Sonnegger and Lake Turner. For hiking, the property is located right at the foot of the Karawanks: with the Petzen, the Hochobir, the Steiner Alps, the Koschuta massif. There is also a rich selection of via ferratas. Cyclists and mountain bikers will not be disappointed with the flow trail on the Petzen and the Drauradweg. In winter you can go skiing, snowshoeing and ski touring.

Lovingly designed old building apartment near the lake

In a medieval house in the old town of Völkermarkt, the apartment is on the 2nd floor with views over the rooftops, the main square and into the green courtyard. The old walls and the beautiful wooden components have been lovingly restored. In order to preserve the historical character, we used natural building materials. The vaulted ceilings and the romantic wooden stairs are special. The low doors as well as the uneven walls and floors give the apartment its special charm.

From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and forms its own residential unit and is well suited for 4 people. !! The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
