It is located about a 5-minute drive from downtown Oita, and it takes about 30 minutes to walk to Oita Station. The main road is close, so you can go to the center in about 10 minutes by bus, so it is convenient for shopping. It is also close to downtown areas such as Tokimachi, Chuo-machi and Funucho, where Oita's famous specialties and restaurants where you can eat fresh seafood. The room is on the 3rd floor. The size is 45 m ² and there is an LDK in one bedroom. We have futons in the Japanese-style room in the bedroom. Ideal for solo, long business trips, or families. There is free parking so you can come here by car. There are Yufuin and Beppu, and famous hot springs in Oita Prefecture, but there are also many natural hot springs in Oita City. There is also a recommended hot spring facility near the apartment, so please enjoy Oita, Onsen Prefecture.

It is a convenient and comfortable room near Beppu station. Bedding has two double beds.We use the same linen supply as hotels, so you can sleep comfortably on clean, white sheets. We provide 4 face towels, 4 bath towels, and 1 foot towel. The kitchen has 2 IH stoves, basic cooking utensils, and tableware.It is also recommended for long-term stays and workations. The living room has a 4-person table and a 2-person sofa. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are available in the bathroom. There are no pajamas, toothbrushes, or slippers. There is no TV or washlet.
