Our highlight: a heated pool that is used as a hot tub in winter – with a panoramic view of the Alps and close to Graz. Whether it's a relaxing getaway or a city break, you'll find everything your heart desires here. The living room has 2+2 beds (incl. comfort sofa). Right next door is the gym, which is shared with Schmoltis Chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to your visit!

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace and your own private garden. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.
